PROJECT
Edine's identity was heavily influenced by traditional French culture and colour palettes, with the owner having heavy ties to both Korean and French culture. The name, a mixture of the owner's French and Korean names, puts identity at the forefront of everything Ediné aspires to be.
Yeeun, owner and founder, noticed a gap in the London coffee scene that she most enjoyed at home- speciality coffee shops focusing on high-quality ingredients, excellently roasted coffee, and having a warm and inviting customer experience.
